We're seeking a confident and detail-focused Tele Sales Assistant to join a busy team in a desk-based customer service / telesales role.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based on-site at our client's Wingfield office.
Key responsibilities
Take customer orders via phone/email and process accurately
Provide prompt, professional customer service and follow-up
Data entry and maintenance of customer/order records
Confirm order details, resolve queries, and ensure accuracy end-to-end
Support the team with general administration as required
What you'll bring
1–2 years' experience in customer service(phone-based and/or order processing preferred)




Strongattention to detailand pride in accuracy
Goodcomputer literacy(confident with data entry, emails, and internal systems)
Clear communication skills and a friendly phone manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility requirement
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident(this role is not open to visa holders)
