We have an exciting prospect to join the St Mary's team of educators as a Learning Diversity Leader. This is a key role at St Mary's where you will work closely with the Wellbeing and Leadership Team along with the wider staff group to lead the education of students with additional needs.
St Mary's Primary School is seeking a passionate educator to join our education team as a Learning Diversity Leader starting at the beginning of ****.
The role will be part-time 0.6 (3 day equivalent) or 0.8 (4 day equivalent) by negotiation. The Position of Leadership 2 position will be for an initial 2 year tenure.
The successful applicant will:
have a passion for working with students with additional needs.
be skilled in leading and coordinating initiatives to support diverse learning needs within the school community.
be able to collaborate with teachers, parents, and external specialists to create inclusive learning environments.
have experience with the NCCD funding model,



relevant legislation and the associated documentation requirements.
have demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
