The prospect

They're bringing on a Supervisor or Senior Supervisor to help lead delivery on site as the business steps up. You'll be running crews and subbies across a varied mix of road and water infrastructure projects, with the kind of leadership backing that means you're set up to succeed — not stretched thin.

What you'll bring
Around 6+ years in civil construction across earthworks,



roads, bridges, subdivisions and water/utilities
Experience as a Site Supervisor, Civil Supervisor or Foreman on infrastructure or utilities projects
Strong background across water & sewer, stormwater/drainage, roadworks, asset relocations, and ideally some exposure to substation or energy infrastructure
Confidence managing multiple crews and subbies, with a solid grasp of civil methodology and sequencing
Strong OH&S; knowledge and a no-shortcuts approach to site compliance
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
Excellent communication, calm leadership, and a current driver's licence
