Darling Downs Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse for School Based Youth Health Nurse roles across Allora and Clifton. You will provide health assessments, early intervention, and referral pathways to support student wellbeing in partnership with schools and families.

You will promote health literacy, coordinate with community services and apply evidence-based practices to improve youth health outcomes, contributing to healthier school settings and communities.
