Mukti Organics is seeking a commercially driven Head of eCommerce & Growth to own our DTC business and accelerate profitable growth from Mullumbimby, NSW. This role is not about easy website management but leading growth across Shopify, CRM, paid media and analytics.

You’ll partner with the CEO and internal teams to turn customer insight and data into action, drive conversions, and optimise every stage of the customer journey. Expect a hands-on leader in a founder-led growth setting.
