Chadwick Switchboards is seeking a Business Development Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customers and project prospects across Sydney and NSW. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with transparent personal sales targets, involving pricing strategy, margins, and end-to-end prospect management.

You will read drawings, engage electrical contractors and consultants, and collaborate with Estimating to win significant projects while ensuring successful handover to production.
