The Role
We're looking for aFreelance Digital Graphic Designerto work closely with our team across our ongoing creative and e-commerce needs.
This is a hands‐on role for a designer with a strong eye for luxury, a deep understanding of digital and e‐commerce, and the ability to translate a brand identity across website, email, social and campaign creative.
You'll work closely with our e-commerce and marketing team to create and adapt creative across our digital channels, including:
Shopify website design and creative, including homepages, PDPs, PLPs and campaign landing pages
New website features, page types and digital experiences
EDM design and build in Klaviyo, including campaigns and flows
Social media and campaign creative for Instagram and TikTok
Short‐form video editing for Reels and Stories
Creative assets for product launches, campaigns and collections
Digital advertising and performance creative
Image editing, retouching and asset preparation
Resizing and adapting creative across different platforms and formats
Translating creative concepts into polished, on‐brand digital executions
Supporting CRO and A/B testing through design variations and creative optimisation
The work will span bothongoing weekly creative needs and larger campaigns,



launches and projects.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience as a Graphic Designer within e-commerce, DTC, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or luxury
A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, e-commerce, social and brand design
Proven experience designing for Shopify, including PDPs, PLPs, homepages and landing pages
Advanced experience with Klaviyo and email design
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Confident short‐form video editing skills for social media
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and UX/UI
An analytical mindset and understanding of how design can support e‐commerce performance
Ability to work within an established luxury brand identity
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of execution
Ability to take a brief, work independently and bring structure to ambiguous projects
Comfortable managing multiple briefs and deadlines
Open to feedback and able to quickly iterate and adapt creative
Good awareness of digital, social and e‐commerce trends, with robust judgement around what is right for the brand
The Opportunity
We're looking for a freelancer who can become a trusted creative extension of our team.
There will beconsistent ongoing workacross weekly e‐commerce and marketing activity, alongside larger campaigns, product launches and website projects.
