6HEAD, a premium dining restaurant in The Rocks, is hiring waiters and drinks waiters.
Candidates should have at least 1 year in a high-volume setting, a commitment to world-class service, and exposure to premium wine and beverages.
Solid grooming, passion for food and wine, and ability to rotate shifts are required.
Certificate III in Hospitality or ***** months relevant experience is expected.
