Soul Origin Melbourne Airport is currently seeking a Full TimeBack of House Team Memberto join our energetic team.
This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring our customers have access to fresh, high-quality food from the moment the airport wakes up.

Responsibilities
Hand-preparing a wide range of fresh Soul Origin products, including sandwiches, salads, baguettes, and wraps.
Maintaining a clean, secure, and organised kitchen environment in accordance with food safety standards.
Managing your time effectively to ensure all food preparation is completed for the early morning rush.
Assisting with general kitchen duties, including cleaning and stock management.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Requirements
Availability:You must be able to start shifts at 3:30 AM.




Reliable transport to Melbourne Airport for early morning starts.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is highly regarded.
Ability to work as part of a team in a busy, fast-moving retail environment.
