The Opportunity:
Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program provides the support, training, and confidence you need to become a licensed and professional bus driver.
This includes:
Extensive induction training combining classroom learning and on-road experience to obtain your Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
Obtaining a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus)
Industry-leading pay throughout your training journey
A dedicated buddy and support network to guide your development
Opportunities to be based at our inner city or west depot(North Fitzroy & Sunshine West)servicing communities throughout Melbourne's inner city and western suburbs
We're after people with:
Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people
Hold a current Australian car driver's licence (full licence held for minimum of 2 years)
Have full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)




Are willing to undertake a pre-employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening
Are willing to obtain a Driver Accreditation (CPV) and Working With Children Check

Please note: Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an assessment centre at our North Fitzroy depot for an interview and drive test
