PM Aged Care in Bald Hills (Brisbane area) seeks an experienced Quality Officer three days per week to drive quality, compliance, governance and resident outcomes.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will support a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring care is evidence-based and responsive to individual needs.
You will lead accreditation processes, review policies, analyse quality indicators, and coordinate corrective actions to enhance safety and satisfaction for residents.
