What You'll Do
As Centre Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor and support a diverse team across activities, maintenance, kitchen, and housekeeping.
Create a positive, collaborative workplace where people enjoy coming to work.




Oversee the day‐to‐day running of the entire centre—ensuring safety, quality, and smooth operations.
Act as the key liaison for onsite teachers, providing high‐level communication and service.
Ensure compliance, risk management and safety standards are consistently met.
Manage rostering, performance, and operational planning.
Support financial oversight including budgets, CAPEX projects and procurement.
Help the centre evolve and grow as part of our broader business strategy.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
An experienced leader or supervisor (outdoor education or camp setting ideal, but not essential)
A clear, confident communicator who builds trust and solid relationships
Organised, calm under pressure, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities
Passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Comfortable being present onsite during key delivery hoursA problem‐solver with a can‐do attitude, high integrity, and genuine passion for supporting young people
