Duobuilt, a boutique builder, is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage contracts from draft to handover on a blend of residential and commercial projects in Victoria.
You will coordinate with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure paperwork, money and deadlines align.
Ideal candidates have proven contract administration experience across residential and commercial builds, a solid grasp of Security of Payment provisions, and proficiency with Xero and construction software.
