Role is Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm
Rotating Roster Saturdays 8am – 11am
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the first point of contact for customers.
Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
Work occasional Saturday mornings as part of weekend coverage.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
Good phone and face-to-face communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers.
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
