PAY RATES & ALLOWANCES
Kilometre Rate - $0.75 per km
Unload - $*****
Reload - $*****
Overnight Allowance - $*****
Oversize Allowance - $*****
Weekend Allowance - $***** per day
Weekend Holdover - $******
WAITING TIME
Waiting time at contracted sites is paid at $***** per hour after the first 2 hours
On the rare occasion that a driver is held over, a minimum of 8 hours per day will be paid
