Job Description
GV Health is seeking an Intake Referral Nurse for the Specialist Consulting Suites in regional Victoria.
This permanent part-time role (72 hours per fortnight) focuses on reducing delays in access to outpatient appointments and strengthening GP communication.
The nurse will monitor referrals, promote e-referrals, and ensure compliance with state-wide and local criteria, while mentoring colleagues and representing GV Health in a positive, qualified manner.
