You will provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network services, ensuring productivity and security across the organisation.
Collaborating with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams, you will troubleshoot incidents, deploy OS upgrades, and document solutions to share knowledge across the team.
