Jabiru Construction is seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join our dynamic team for a new five-storey Luxury Apartment project in the Perth Western Suburbs.
This is afull-time positionresponsible for overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from commencement to practical completion
Manage project budgets, timelines and resources
Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required
Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and records
Communicate with clients, stakeholders and project teams
Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies
Maintain quality standards throughout construction
Manage contract administration and resolve contractual issues where required
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials and standards
Excellent planning, scheduling and budgeting skills




Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Sound understanding of construction health, safety and environmental requirements
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
Current driver's licence and willingness to regularly visit construction sites
