Job Description
Mills Oakley seeks lawyers with 1-8 years' PQE to join its National Public Law team in Melbourne.
The role focuses on disability-related merits review and administrative appeals, acting for a key government client on decisions affecting people with disability.
You will manage a busy caseload, prepare submissions, conduct tribunal appearances, and contribute to advisory work and improvements in administrative decision-making within a team-oriented, supportive environment.
