Mission Australia in Port Macquarie is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our Community Living Support program. You will provide psychosocial recovery-focused support to people living with severe mental illness, helping them build independence and achieve personal goals in their communities.
You will work alongside participants, families, and clinical teams to develop individual support plans, deliver psychoeducation, coordinate care, and promote inclusion and self-determination.
