Baya Systems, a quick-moving startup accelerating intelligent computing, is seeking a Director of Field Applications Engineering. Based remotely in the EU/UK, you will lead a distributed FAE team across Europe and APAC, driving pre- and post-sales support and design-wins for our fabric interconnect silicon IP.

You will recruit, mentor, and grow regional talent, align goals with product strategy, and present technical roadmaps to executives while traveling up to 30–40% internationally.
