About the role:
Juniper Hillcrest in Geraldton are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our supportive team in a Permanent Full time position working Monday to Friday .
As a Physiotherapist at Juniper Hillcrest, you will work closely with residents, families and the broader care team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services that enhance quality of life and support positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement effective strategies for your clients
Design individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged
Provide equipment assessments and recommendations to promote independence and well-being
Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes
Maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care coordination
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants
Key Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning and service delivery
Solid clinical reasoning, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Sound computer skills and experience maintaining accurate clinical records

Competitive hourly rate starting from $44.53 to $61.58 per hour, depending on experience, plus superannuation
