Western Health invites a Psychologist to join the Specialised Rehabilitation Program on a part time, fixed-term basis.
You will contribute to multi-disciplinary care, assessing clients, planning discharge, and guiding care pathways for diverse populations across Sunshine and Williamstown Hospitals.
Key duties include independent assessments, consultations with medical and nursing staff, and involvement in ERAS and Rehabilitation at Home programs as applicable.
