Job Description
Tecala Group is seeking a Systems Engineer to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engineering tasks within the Tecala Operations Centre.
You will manage the daily operation of customers' back-end systems, ensuring availability, reliability and customer satisfaction.
You will also deploy Managed Services projects and contribute to service improvement, with robust hands-on capability and communication skills essential for client-facing work.
