What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients to the medical hub in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting with general day‐to‐day operations
Handling phone inquiries, emails, and patient requests efficiently
Processing payments and managing billing tasks
Coordinating with medical staff to ensure patients receive timely and efficient care




Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive patient information
Maintaining a clean, and organised reception area
What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced General Practice receptionist with a can‐do attitude, a hunger to learn, and a spark of ambition.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients from all walks of life
Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle tasks and keep everything running smoothly
An eagle eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable records

Highly regarded
Previous experience as a medical receptionist in General Practice
Previous use of Best Practice software
