Job Description
Culture Amp, Melbourne, is looking for a Total Rewards Leader to design and govern fair, market-aligned compensation and benefits programs across APAC, US and EMEA.
This 12-month fixed-term role will drive governance, compensation cycles and equity deployment for a globally distributed workforce.
You will partner with People, Finance, Legal and Talent Acquisition to run annual cycles, maintain salary ranges, manage equity programs and ensure transparency and solid total rewards practices across
