Prokids Education Group Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to join our team.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for young children.
The role involves leading staff, maintaining compliance with relevant standards, and supporting the development and wellbeing of children.
Key responsibilities
Developing and implementing programs that enhance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children.
Providing care and supervision for children in before-school, after-school, day, and vacation care programs.
Directing and supervising Child Carers to ensure high-quality care and appropriate supervision of young children.




Ensuring the centre provides a safe and welcoming setting for children, staff, and visitors.
Ensuring compliance with relevant government requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
Liaising with parents and maintaining positive relationships with families.
Maintaining accurate centre records, documentation, and accounts.
Recruiting staff and coordinating professional development and training.
Supporting the team to maintain a high standard of care, education, and service within the centre.
