Job Description
I'm currently working with a leading Building Services consultancy looking to bring on an experienced Associate or Principal Electrical Engineer to join their Melbourne team.
The role will involve
Leading electrical building services design across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments
Winning new work and building strong client relationships
Managing project delivery and technical quality
Mentoring and growing the electrical engineering team
Working closely with Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection teams
Looking for someone with
Australian Building Services consulting experience
Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
Strong technical electrical design background
Previous leadership or mentoring experience
Valuable understanding of Australian Standards & the NCC
Strong pipeline of projects, genuine career progression and a collaborative team culture.
