Are you an analytical revenue professional who loves turning data into commercial results?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experiencedSenior Revenue Analystto join a dynamic, fast-growing organisation and take ownership of pricing and yield strategies across an impressive portfolio ofnearly 3,000 properties.
Working remotely, you'll have the autonomy to manage projects from inception through to completion while partnering with key stakeholders to maximise revenue, occupancy and overall portfolio performance.
THE ROLE
As Senior Revenue Analyst, you'll play a key role in developing and executing revenue strategies across multiple properties and markets.
Using your strong analytical skills and commercial mindset, you'll identify trends, uncover opportunities and provide recommendations that directly influence business performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managingpricing, occupancy and yield strategiesacross a large portfolio of properties
Developing and executing pricing strategies designed to maximise revenue and commercial performance
Monitoring key performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
Analysing historical and current performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Trackingmarket conditions, competitor performance and demand patternsto support pricing decisions
Reviewing underperforming assets and recommending strategies to improve results
Identifying high-potential properties and markets where further revenue opportunities exist
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop forecasts, revenue targets and commercial strategies
Providing clear analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making




Managing revenue-related projects independently frominception through to completion
Continuously reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
We're looking for a commercially minded analyst who can interpret complex data and translate it into practical revenue strategies.
You'll bring:
Previous experience inrevenue management, pricing strategy, yield management or commercial/data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
The ability to identify patterns, trends and opportunities within large volumes of data
A creative approach to solving complex commercial problems
Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how pricing decisions impact revenue and profitability
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain insights and recommendations
Confidence working collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
The confidence to take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion
