This structured, 6-month part-time program provides a transparent pathway into Intensive Care, with hands-on shifts, orientation days and access to an experienced education team.
Participants gain competencies in adult and paediatric assessment, work within a multidisciplinary team, and develop clinical judgment to support critically ill patients and their families.
