Electrical Engineering Internship - Earthing & Bonding

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivatedElectrical Engineering Internwith knowledge or exposure toEarthing and Bondingto gain practical industry experience with a specialised electrical engineering company in Sydney.
This opportunity is ideal for anElectrical Engineering, Power Engineering or related Engineering student/recent graduatelooking to apply their technical knowledge to real-world projects and strengthen their Australian engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities
The intern may assist with:
Earthing and bonding engineering activities
Earthing system design and analysis
Engineering calculations and technical assessments
Review of electrical drawings and technical documentation
Earth Potential Rise (EPR), step and touch voltage concepts
Preparation of engineering reports and project documentation
Earthing testing and related project activities
Supporting engineers across electrical infrastructure projects
About You




We would like to hear from candidates who:
Are studying or have recently completedElectrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a related discipline
Have knowledge, academic exposure or project experience inEarthing and Bonding
Have an understanding of electrical power systems
Are comfortable working with technical drawings and engineering information
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Are motivated to gain practical Australian engineering experience
Knowledge ofCDEGS, earthing system modelling, soil resistivity, EPR, step/touch voltage or high-voltage systemswould be highly regarded but is not essential.
