QUALITY CARE & SUPPORT SERVICES (QCSS) PTY LTD – Bass Hill NSW is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our NDIS team on a full time or part time basis. The role focuses on providing person-centred support to participants, including those with complex needs and behaviours of concern, while promoting dignity, independence, safety and individual goals.

Shifts are versatile, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnights.
