Key responsibilities include:
Leading annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across the group.
Delivering executive, board and leadership reporting.
Consolidating financial results and performance outlooks across multiple business divisions.
Providing strategic analysis, business performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Supporting capital allocation, investment governance and enterprise performance management activities.
Identifying risks and opportunities across the group and recommending actions to improve outcomes.
Driving continuous improvement across planning, reporting and forecasting capabilities.
Leading and developing a high-performing planning and reporting team.

About You
We are seeking an accomplished finance leader with deep experience operating within a large corporate, listed company or complex group structure.
To be successful, you will bring:
Significant experience within Group Finance, Corporate FP&A;,
Proven experience working in large, complex or ASX-listed organisations.
Strong understanding of group consolidation, board reporting and enterprise-wide planning processes.
Experience delivering insights and recommendations to Executive Leadership Teams and Boards.
Exceptional financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analytical capabilities.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across diverse business units.
CA, CPA,
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
You are comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, possess a strong understanding of how a Group Finance function supports business performance, and excel at translating complex financial information into meaningful insights for executive decision-makers.
