This is your chance to make a real difference in rehabilitation and recovery.
For those who are entertaining the idea of a relocation.
Junee is in a beautiful pocket of NSW's Riverina region, just a short drive from Wagga Wagga, Junee is full of surprises.
The town revolves around its delectable Liquorice and Chocolate Factory.
But as a stop on the major Melbourne-Sydney railway line, this pretty country town is also home to a fascinating railway museum.
And then there ' s the haunted house and heritage streetscapes.
What you'll do
You will guide participants through evidence‐based interventions aimed at increasing their self‐awareness, promoting personal accountability, and teaching practical skills for leading a crime‐free life.
By engaging inmates to change and providing them with the tools needed for rehabilitation, you'll play a critical role in enhancing community safety and reducing re‐offending rates.
Deliver high‐quality, evidence‐based case management services to offenders,

ensuring all activities align with relevant legislation, policies and guidelines.
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a behavioural science, psychology, social work or counselling or similar field; or equivalent proven extensive experience relevant to facilitation of group‐based treatments and / or program facilitation.
Current driver's licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role.
Experience Required
Demonstrated experience relevant to the role, with the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities outlined in the role description.
Demonstrated expertise in facilitating group treatments for adults from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
Proven experience in delivering evidence‐based interventions, particularly in challenging environments.
Strong capability in managing challenging behaviours, along with an understanding of functional behaviour assessments.
Well‐developed problem‐solving skills, especially in offender management contexts where independent professional judgment is required.
Knowledge of contemporary correctional practices and issues related to assessment, case management, intervention, and behavioural change, particularly with sexual, violent, or substance‐abuse‐related behaviours.
