Experience as a team leader in a production environment
Extensive experience in metal fabrication
Strong HR ability with key focus on safety, quality and efficiency

Daily/ weekly check lists
Dealing with daily issues/ requests

Back flushing
Apprentice training/ coaching and mentoring
Strong focus on the principles of 6'S
Quality check lists
Experience with a computer-based inventory management system ideally Syspro is also highly desirable.
The successful applicant will ideally have good written, verbal communication and numerical skills.
A good stable work history and a positive "can do" attitude.
