Talent Quarter is recruiting a Care Manager for an Aged Care facility near Laidley, Queensland. The role reports to the Facility Manager and will lead the clinical team, monitor KPIs, education and compliance to meet high clinical standards tailored to residents' needs.
The successful candidate will oversee clinical staff, drive policy adherence, and coordinate care plans for residents with diverse healthcare needs in a supportive, cooperative environment.
