This role supports the smooth operation of breakfast service, preparing high-quality dishes and delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.
You will handle opening preparation, station setup, and maintain food safety standards. Requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, HACCP knowledge, solid teamwork and weekend
