We're looking for an experienced, people-focused
Area Manager
to lead a portfolio of stores across Greater Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys developing people and knows how to turn great leadership into strong results. You'll work closely with Store Leaders and Multi-Site Managers, providing the coaching, direction and support they need to help their teams and stores succeed.

Your Region

Your current portfolio includes:

Chermside North Lakes (2 locations) Capalaba Carindale Indooroopilly Morayfield Kawana Sunshine Plaza
n
Regular travel between stores is an important part of the role. Your portfolio may evolve as PTC continues to grow and new opportunities arise.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
As Area Manager, you'll be the connection between our broader business strategy and what happens in our stores every day.
n
You'll:
n
n
Coach and develop Store Leaders and Multi-Site Managers to achieve solid team and commercial results
n
Set clear performance expectations and support team development through regular coaching and Success Development Plans (SDPs)
n
Maintain a strong in-store presence, providing hands-on leadership and support where it matters most
n
Drive consistent customer experiences, operational standards and visual excellence across your region
n
Use performance insights and store data to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making
n
Activate Local Area Marketing (LAM)



initiatives to strengthen community connections and drive store performance
n
Champion PTC's culture and create a connected, high-performing team across your region
n

What We're Looking For
n
You're an experienced retail leader who understands that strong business results start with great people.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Multi-site retail leadership experience, ideally within technology,
telecommunications,
services or a similar fast-paced retail environment
n
Strong coaching skills and a genuine passion for developing people
n
Commercial awareness and confidence using data to understand and improve performance
n
The ability to set clear expectations while supporting and empowering your teams
n
Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
n
A resilient and adaptable approach to leadership
n
The flexibility to travel regularly throughout the region
n
A willingness to be hands-on and lead from the front when your teams need you
n
n
Experience within device repairs or technology is an advantage, but your ability to
lead, learn and develop others
is what matters most.
