Wellways is seeking a compassionate Vocational Coach to support carers transitioning into work and volunteering.
You will build solid relationships, assess needs and deliver tailored vocational plans through individual and group coaching sessions.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide post-placement support and connect carers with relevant community services to meet broader needs.
A driver license and relevant checks are required.
