A beautiful private wedding venue in the local area is looking for a bright, bubbly and enthusiastic person to join our team for the **** wedding season.
No wedding or event experience is required. We're looking for the right personality and attitude — we'll provide training and teach you everything else.
This would suit someone who is confident, friendly, organised and loves working with people. You'll be the smiling face our couples and their guests see on one of the biggest days of their lives.
About the role
As our Wedding & Event Coordinator, you'll help make sure each wedding runs beautifully from beginning to end.
Welcome couples, guests and wedding suppliers
Coordinate the wedding-day timeline
Help suppliers get where they need to be
Keep an eye on all the little details throughout the event
Communicate with the couple and wedding party
Solve any little hiccups calmly and confidently
Help create a relaxed, fun and memorable experience
Assist with the bar when required
We're looking for someone who is:

Happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
Genuinely excited about weddings and creating special experiences
Experience isn't essential — personality is.
You will need a current RSA or be willing to obtain one.
When will you work?
This is a casual, seasonal position commencing in ****, primarily during the busy Autumn and Spring wedding seasons.
Most work will be Fridays, Saturdays and occasional Sundays, so weekend availability during wedding season is essential.
What we offer
$1,000 per week during wedding weeks
Full on-the-job training will be provided, with the opportunity to learn all aspects of wedding and event coordination in a beautiful private venue.
