Nursery Room Leader Full-time Diploma Educators
At our Service, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating workplace for children aged 0-6 years. We believe in the power of early childhood education and the impact it has on a child's development. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
Observe and monitor children's growth, behavior, and development
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements:




Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children
Completed GECKO Training
