Exciting Opportunity: Single & Management Couples Wanted!

We are seeking passionate single & management couples to join our dynamic team in one of our remote locations. This is not just a job- it's an adventure! You'll have the chance to work side by side, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with community while exploring some of Australia's most isolated locations.
n
You will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community while upholding the store's commercial performance and reputation.
n
n
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision
n
Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a team-oriented and culturally respectful environment
n
Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies
n
Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service
n
Support with staff training initiatives
n
Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members.
n

What We are Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you'll need a blend of experience and passion, including:

Supermarket Retail Expertise:
A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment.
n
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams.
n
Operational Knowledge:
Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls.
n
Cultural Awareness:
Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.
n
Customer Focus:
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
n
Tech Savvy:
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
n
Working Rights:
Must prove unrestricted working rights within Australia.
