Challenge Community Services is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join the Illawarra Accommodation Services in Horsley, NSW. You’ll provide personal care, daily living support and promote independence for clients with high support needs, including those in shared living settings.

The role includes PM/ sleepover shifts as part of a versatile roster. Experience with disability support and solid communication is essential.
