HCF is recruiting a Customer Care Consultant to manage the member experience by phone from our Parramatta contact centre. This permanent, full time role offers 37.5 hours a week on a rotating roster, with hybrid working after training.
Training is in the Parramatta centre for three months, after which you join your team on a rotating schedule. We seek positive, enthusiastic communicators with solid verbal and written skills, a customer-service background, and a desire to uphold high standards
