South Yarra

high-volume sales environment,

cross-selling opportunity across two automotive brands.

About the Role:n
n As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and dealership sales targets.n
n Your responsibilities will include:n
n
n
Engaging with customers to understand their needs, preferences and requirements
n
Building strong, long-term customer relationships
n
Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of automotive products and services
n
Identifying
cross-selling opportunities across two brands
n




Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
n
Guiding customers through the purchasing process and helping them make informed decisions
n
Negotiating sales agreements and ensuring a smooth transaction from enquiry through to delivery
n
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
n
Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
n
About You:n
n We are looking for an experienced automotive sales professional who is motivated by results, enjoys working with customers and is looking to build a long-term career within the industry.n
n You will ideally have:n

Proven
automotive sales experience
and a strong track record of achieving targets
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
A genuine passion for automobiles and the automotive industry
n
The ability to quickly learn and confidently present product knowledge
n
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
A customer-focused approach and professional presentation
n
The ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-volume sales environment
n
A strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire to succeed
