This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Auditor/Assistant Manager to join a growing local firm, work alongside highly experienced professionals and build a long-term career within a supportive and progressive environment. The role offers exposure to wide-ranging and technically interesting engagements, including IPO audits, corporate governance, risk management, internal controls and Mandatory Climate Reporting.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Manage your own client portfolio.
n
Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion.
n
Mentor, train, and support junior team members.
n
Review audit work and provide technical guidance and constructive feedback.
n
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the audit process.
n
n
To be considered for this exceptional leadership position you will:
n
n
Have a minimum of 3 – 4 years' audit experience within a reputable public practice firm.
n
Hold a CA/CPA qualification (or be close to completion).
n
Be experienced using CaseWare (highly regarded but not essential).
n
Mentore and train junior team members.
n
Poses excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship management skills.
n
n
