Carbal Medical Services in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Child Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. You will conduct child health assessments, immunisations and early intervention, working with families to support growth and wellbeing.
This role focuses on prevention, continuity of care from pregnancy through early years and solid coordination with GPs, Aboriginal Health Workers and allied professionals.
