Horsham Rural City Council is looking for a reliable, practical person to provide casual support at the Council pound. You will help care for dogs and cats, keep the facility clean and protected, maintain basic records and support animal rehoming.
Job Description
You will need:
Experience handling dogs and cats
A good understanding of animal behaviour and welfare
A current Victorian Driver's licence
Availability for shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays
Casual hours are offered according to operational requirements and are not guaranteed. Appointment is subject to a satisfactory police check and pre-employment medical assessment.
