We have an exciting new prospect for an NDIS Service Coordinator.
Amazing Procare aims to assist people with a disability to identify support that really matters most to them. As a registered service provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) we understand the NDIS and how to support our participants to achieve their goals.
We are seeking a full-time NDIS Service Coordinator to join a skilled and dedicated team who are committed to providing high quality services and go above and beyond for our participants to coordinate and implement the support they need. In this full-time permanent client-facing role, you will collaborate with individuals and families living with disability to strengthen their capacity and build resilience to be able to fully participate in the community.
Working from our office in Maitland you will develop your own skills, and connect your participants with Support Workers who meet their needs and preferences, and support them to enjoy a quality of life.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Use your existing networks to generate referrals
Minimum 2 years' experience within disability services or related services
Drivers Licence – C class,



as well as your own registered vehicle
Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain

Demonstrated methods that promote engaging people with a disability into their community and a commitment to principles involved in community inclusion
Demonstrated time management in fast paced, complex service environment
Ability to use all relevant technology including tools enabling mobility and working remotely
The ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
A professional and positive demeanour
Good energy, enthusiasm and passion
Adaptability to different situations
High level of computer literacy
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
