We're seeking an experienced and passionate
Team Leaders
to lead and support a team of Disability Support Workers in delivering high-quality, person-centred services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of participants.
This is an opportunity to combine people leadership, therapeutic practice and service coordination to create positive outcomes for participants and a strong, capable support team.

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership, guidance and support to Disability Support Workers while ensuring services are delivered safely, consistently and in line with participant goals and individual support plans.
Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, you will:
Lead, coach and support a team of Disability Support Workers
Build a positive, accountable and supportive team culture
Provide guidance around person-centred and therapeutic support practices
Support the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support strategies
Monitor participant outcomes and ensure supports remain aligned with goals
Promote participant choice, control, dignity and self-determination
Coordinate day-to-day service delivery and respond to emerging participant needs
Support staff with complex situations and guidance around appropriate responses
Monitor documentation, notes and support records to ensure quality and compliance
Identify training, development and coaching opportunities for team members
Work collaboratively with participants, families, support networks and stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality service delivery
Support compliance with organisational policies, procedures and NDIS requirements

Who We're Looking For
You'll be a solid fit for our team if you:
Have exp leading a team in the disability, community or human services sector
Understand person-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed practice
Can build genuine and respectful relationships with participants, families and staff
Are confident providing coaching, feedback and support to team members
Can remain calm and solutions-focused when responding to complex situations
Have solid communication, organisation and problem‐solving skills
Can balance empathy and support with professional boundaries and accountability
Are committed to participant choice, dignity and self‐determination
Are passionate about developing people and creating a positive team culture
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory or senior support role
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current First Aid and CPR
Current Driver Licence
Reliable and insured vehicle
Working with Children's Check / Blue Card, where required
Australian working rights
